I’m from Christchurch, New Zealand.
What do I do for a Job?
I’m currently the lead web developer at Resolve Digital, a San Francisco based Web Design/Development Company. At Resolve, we mainly used Ruby on Rails to create sophisticated, yet incredibly easy to use content management systems. We’ve also built a number of custom portfolio, non-profit and business service websites.
I’m also a founding partner of Creataplace. At Resolve Digital, we get a lot inquires from people wanting basic portfolio sites. The catch is, they’re typically small companies, with small budgets. Creataplace is aimed at the lower end of the market. In true Web 2.0 style, we’ve developed a quick and easy system which allows creative professionals to have their own website. This is a perfect option for anyone who has work they’d like to showcase online for minimal cost.

Open Source Contributions
In my spare time I like to hack away on various open source projects. Active Merchant, Ruby on Rails, FCKEditor Plugin for Rails and CakePHP are some of my favourites.
